2000trees Festival has announced our Saturday headliners, who are flying the flag for Wales once more and are announced as Neck Deep. Having been staples in pop-punk for many years, this will be their first main-stage festival headliner, 10 years since they first played the festival.
Wildly credited as pioneers of the second wave of Emo in the 90’s, Sunny Day Real Estate will be welcomed to the festival for the first time and will be a must-see for anyone with a love for this genre. Other artists announced include MOBO award winners ALT BLK ERA, 80’s Australian punk band Cosmic Psychos, 2000trees faves and one of Brighton’s finest ever, The Xcerts, and one of the current, essential British hardcore bands, Higher Power.
From 2000trees Festival organiser, James Scarlett – “There we go, that’s pretty much a wrap on the 2000trees 2026 line-up. We’re all incredibly proud of what we’ve put together this year, so to see it reflected in the best-selling year we’re ever had is an amazing feeling. We will have some returning bands we’ve missed and love like Marmozets and our big exclusive with Arcane Roots. Some new bands we are so excited about like Sunny Day Real Estate, Mariachi El Bronx and Pinkshift, as well as some returning heroes like Alkaline Trio, Funeral for a Friend, Cancer Bats, The Bronx and Dinosaur Pile-Up. Who in their right mind wants to miss all that It’s safe to say it’s going to be a real moment having Neck Deep return to close the festival 10 years on from their last Trees performance. Tickets are starting to sell out left, right and centre, so I’ll say it one last time – 2000trees 2026 is not one to be missed!”
